Job Description

  1. Technical Sales: Engage with healthcare professionals institutions and distributors to understand their requirements for medical appliances and precision instruments.

  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our range of medical appliances and instruments. Effectively communicate the technical specifications and benefits to potential clients.

  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the client base.

  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and market demands. Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential areas for product improvement or expansion.

  5. Custom Solutions: Work closely with the technical and product development teams to understand client needs. Collaborate on the customization of products to meet specific client requirements.

  6. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate sales quotations and proposals. Ensure proposals align with client needs and regulatory requirements.

  7. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads. Attend relevant industry events conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.

  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and outcomes. Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and forecasts.

  9. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and certifications required for medical appliances. Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.

  10. Customer Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the technical teams. Address client inquiries provide technical support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree infield sales or Diploma in Mechanical Relevant industry experience with channel and direct sales
  • Proven experience in technical sales preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex medical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices is an advantage.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings conferences and industry events.
