In order to support this plan we are recruiting a Technical Account Manager:

Role Overview:

As a Technical Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering enduring relationships with ATEMEs key clients. This challenging yet rewarding position requires you to serve as a trusted solutions advisor ensuring seamless solution deployment and adoption.

The TAM will collaborate closely with sales marketing and delivery teams to align solution design with customers business requirements and contribute to the overall success of ATEME in the Indian market.

Responsibilities:

PreSales:

  • Offer expert guidance to customers ensuring successful adoption and ongoing usage of ATEME solutions.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align solution design with customers business needs.
  • Manage RFPs proactively defining technical solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Conduct proof of concept and demos in customer environments.
  • Deliver indepth presentations demonstrations and discussions in a credible and compelling manner.
  • Drive the endtoend sales cycle from qualification to execution ensuring successful deal closure.
  • Represent ATEME at industry forums trade shows and events as the local expert in ATEME technology.
  • Provide systems technical training to key customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales tools and processes.

Projects:

  • Guide onsite integration and deployment with customer technical staff.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate fixes and deploy new features.
  • Provide visibility on new builds and software roadmaps.

Support and Administration:

  • Guide technical support leadership on managed contracts collaborating closely with the internal support team.
  • Lead the support team in implementing corrective action plans when necessary ensuring service level fulfillment and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Sciences or related technical fields.
  • Handson experience with cloud computing Kubernetes and Linux.
  • Design knowledge of DVB stat mux systems.
  • Proficient in IP Networking and video streaming technologies.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a presales position.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC for short periods.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
