2. He/ she should be wellversed in handling all processes for onboarding/ terminating/ maintaining an employee on statutory portals like SGK.
3. Should be able to liaison with authorities where necessary.
4. Can generate XML files and MPHB Reports for the declaration to legal authorities on behalf of clients.
5. Complete Grip over payroll calculation and its statutory impacts like stamp duty taxation SSI etc.
6. He/ she should be able to file exemptions register retired employees approve leaves etc. on behalf of clients.
7. Excellent knowledge and experience in expat onboarding in Turkish entities.
8. Fundamentally equipped with knowledge about Entity incorporation in Turkey is an added advantage.
9. Previous experience in the Service industry is favorable.
10. Can act as an ICC (incountry consultant) supporting our compliance team in gathering latest rules and regulations to ensure accuracy on deliverables.
11. Simultaneously can support as a reliable source in gaining the trust and credibility of the Client/Partner.
Eligibility:
1. Bachelor s or master s degree in a related field.
2. 57 years experience in processing the payroll.
3. Good in communication both verbal and written.
4. Sharp attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
6. Meticulous and diligent attributes.
7. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
