Materials planning engineer

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Logistics Chain Management or related field. Previous experience in materials planning or working in supply chain is an advantage.

Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems: Deep understanding of inventory management systems and use of ERP and MRP (Enterprise Resource Planning and Material Requirements Planning) systems.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and evaluate future needs for materials based on historical consumption and trends.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials are available according to the specified schedule.

Planning and organization: The ability to plan and organize operations related to materials and inventory in a way that contributes to ensuring smooth logistical flows.
