Job Description
As a Guest Service Center Agent, you will be responsible for dealing with guest requirements in a courteous and professional sales-oriented manner to both internal and external guests.
Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
Very good English communication skills, fluency in other languages is essential
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
