Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with drivers to schedule order pickup shipment tracking and customer delivery.

Address customer issues promptly and provide timely updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

Enhance the customer experience by providing realtime order visibility tracking and notifications.

Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure ontime deliveries.

Analyze customer orders assess order volume and plan for peak delivery times.

Monitor and manage the performance of courier services identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.

Regularly evaluate delivery times costs and other metrics to maximize efficiency.

Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.

Negotiate courier contracts to ensure the best pricing and services.

Ensure compliance with local and state transportation laws and regulations.

Perform any other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or certifications in Supply Chain Logistics or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery operations preferably in a managerial role.

Ability to multitask prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Expert knowledge of local state and federal transportation laws and regulations.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in using a variety of order management and tracking software.

Strong data entry data analysis and reportgenerating skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Must have good communication skills in English Hindi and Malayalam.

Arabic communication is an added advantage
