Senior Quality Assurance Officer

Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, science, or quality management. Recognized certifications in quality assurance are an added advantage.

Work Experience: Experience in the field of Quality Assurance, with a deep understanding of various QA concepts, tools and frameworks.

Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of quality assurance methods and tools, statistical analysis, testing techniques and total quality management.

Leadership skills: The ability to lead the work team and direct them to improve and ensure the quality of work and achieve set goals.

Communication and Problem Solving: Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers and solve problems effectively.

Analysis and continuous improvement: The ability to analyze data and reports related to work quality and develop processes to maintain the highest levels of quality.
