About Byld

Byld is a Spanish Corporate Venture Builder founded in 2017 that designs validates and launches new ventures with corporations sharing risks and rewards from day one. We lead and cofound new ventures from scratch combining the best of the entrepreneurial and corporate worlds to encourage the creation of scalable businesses with an international scope.

We believe that our formula for helping companies innovate is more effective and less risky than traditional methods as it is entirely devoted to it and linked to the strategy of the corporation in the midlong term. This allows corporations to properly confront the fierce competence of startups and other rivals and adapt to the constant change of present times transforming opportunities and tendencies into new disrupting businesses. Ultimately this is achieved thanks to the combination of the dynamism versatility and culture behind the startups mindset that we bring to the table and the resources outreach and experience of the big corporations that we partner with.

CIRCLES AT BYLD

At Byld we inspired our organizational model in holocracy so we organize ourselves in circles that work together to achieve our mission.

Building: is where the innovation magic happens as part of the building team youll be applying our innovation methodology and find validate and launch disruptive business ideas. If you are a curious person that likes to have a dynamic daytoday talking with possible customers designing and creating experiments and MVPs and work in a constant beta mode this is your place.

Growth & Business Development: if youre passionate about building strong commercial relations with corporations this is going to be your team. G&BD circle is in charge of working with corporations to help them innovate by establishing commercial relations with them. Youll have to be a great listener creative and knowledgable person to understand the corporates needs and craft proposals for those needs.

Marketing: if youre passionate about marketing and communications this is a great opportunity. The corporate venture building is a new concept for many corporations hence the challenge of communicating and positioning it in the top of mind of the corporations is big.

Operations & People: if you are passionate about numbers processes and helping people grow this is your place. As a fastgrowing company we need to make sure our processes and tools support that growth. This circle is responsible to ensure the company has all the tools to keep functioning. We take the finance accounting and legal functions giving support to the rest of the circles.
