Who are we IPS is an international company with inhouse Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries Automation and Architecture. EPCM expertise more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.
With an average age of 32 we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.
Now we are looking for a Scheduler in our offices in Spain.
What is the role About
As a scheduler at Group IPS you will ensure that projects run efficiently by providing professionallevel program management. Your responsibilities will include:
Perform planning of all highlevel projects using Primavera P6 MS Project etc.
Facilitate communication between engineering procurement and construction teams with the objective of meeting deadlines.
Providing coordination and monitoring for the entire duration of a project (from start to finish)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in engineering Project Management OR related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP CAPM) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMISP) is highly desirable.
- A Minimum of 57 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 for managing complex projects:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 including creating and managing detailed schedules.
- Strong Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)techniques and risk management.
- Ability to integrate Primavera P6 With other enterprise Systems (ERP HR etc.)
- Candidate available for immediate incorporation.
- Ability to analyse performance data and generate accurate reports.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Travel availability
