Job Description

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member


Recruitment:

  • Sourcing CVs

  • Organize physical interviews

  • Develop the Onboarding schedule for new recruits in coordination with the various departments.

  • Track trial periods

Formation:

  • Participation in the development of training engineering (preparation of files and followup)

  • Participation in the implementation of the training plan

  • Management of training actions: calendar logistics invitations evaluation

HR Development:

  • Regular update of organizational charts

  • Regular updating of job descriptions in collaboration with managers

  • Participation in the implementation of skills mapping

  • Participation in crossfunctional HR projects

HR Administration:

  • Handle administrative requests from employees

  • Maintain employees administrative files

  • Time clock management and control



Requirements

What kind of teammate are we looking for

  • Graduate of a Business School you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.

  • Autonomous and responsive

  • Multitasking

  • Team spirit

  • Spirit of anticipation and strength of proposal

  • Fluency in the English language is Mandatory
