Clinical Nurse Manager CNM2 Inpatient Cancer Services

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNM2 Inpatient Cancer Services in a Hospital in the Dublin area.

• Provides leadership and direction for the staff on the inpatient oncology unit while supporting and actualising the goals of the department division service and Beacon Hospital.
  
• Ensures the effective delivery of competent compassionate and efficient care by monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes on the inpatient oncology unit
  
• Recruits and retains competent compassionate staff while monitoring performance standards and promoting fair labour practices.
  

Requirements

• Currently registered with NMBI.
  
• Five years oncology / haematology ( medical or surgical) experience plus two years of progressive management experience required. The employee must speak read and write grammatically correct English.
  
• Candidates must possess teaching abilities leadership qualities professional judgment critical thinking and problemsolving abilities and a sense of professional development.
  
• Must demonstrate multitasking ability.
  
• Competent in the management and administration of Systemic AntiCancer Treatments is desirable.
