Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Quantity Surveying with a good understanding of the principles and practices of the profession. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organisation skills. You will need to have a good eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including monitoring and maintaining costs preparing tenders managing contracts and negotiating with suppliers. You will also need to provide advice on contractual matters and conduct postcontract reviews.
