Job Description
Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, science, or quality management. Recognized certifications in quality assurance are an added advantage.
Practical experience: Experience in the field of quality assurance, with a deep understanding of various quality assurance concepts, tools and frameworks.
Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of quality assurance methods and tools, statistical analysis, testing techniques and total quality management.
Leadership skills: The ability to lead the work team and direct them to improve and ensure the quality of work and achieve set goals.
