The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and delighting our customers.
We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and handson technical support engineer who can rapidly learn the value proposition and apply to customers of all sizes.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain our customers IT infrastructure (cloud or onprem).
Support customers remote or onsite.
Design and deploy new IT infrastructure projects for customers (cloud or onprem).
Working under ITIL framework and managed services concepts.
Requirements ANY of the following:
Office 365 Administration Email SharePoint Teams OneDrive
Manage Windows Servers (DNS DHCP Active Directory)
Manage Linux Servers
Manage Firewall (Check Point FortiGate Cisco)
Manage virtual environments (VMware HyperV)
Manage Cloud Resources (Azure AWS)
Manage Backup and Replication Platforms (Veeam)
Knowledge of scripting (shell scripts batch files PowerShell etc.)
Manage networking equipment (Switches Access Points Routers)
