- 5 years of HR experience

About the Role
Seeking a Human Resources Manager to be part of the Senior Leadership Team to associate with line level workers and property staff. Build a positive relationship between the Human Resource department and staff to maintain and grow culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with colleagues in operations and finance working closely with the centralized staffing team to develop strategies for nonexempt hiring.
- Implement a handson approach to effectively gauge employee sentiment and maintain a high level of engagement among the workforce.
- Exhibit a keen understanding of business goals and propose wellconsidered approaches policies and procedures to drive ongoing enhancements in business objectives productivity and HR development within the company.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align casinospecific priorities with overarching goals including diversity and inclusion engagement and talent management initiatives.
- Thrive in a highpaced environment with a substantial workload providing support for HR functions and operations leadership while delivering tangible results.
- Spearhead all employee engagement initiatives for senior leaders frontline managers and team members.
- Continually innovate HR solutions and drive process improvements.
- Lead projects secure buyin from stakeholders and skillfully oversee project execution to achieve the desired results leveraging effective project management skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Human Resources Bachelor’s degree or related field
- 5 years HR experience gaming experience preferred
- Knowledge of federal and local labor laws
- Experience employee relations
- Oversight of director reports
