5. Provide sound judgment to customer complaints.

6. Provides feedback to the team members to ensure that they are compliant with the company s rules and regulation.

7. Provide feedback and update.

8. Establish a positive relationship with team members colleagues supervisor and upper management.

Requirements

Superior leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
