This is a remote position.
- Invoicing Trading Customers
- Accurately enters all transactions daily/weekly/monthly into accounting system across multiple entities;
- Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered;
- Daily Debt Collection
- Preparation of monthly or Quarterly PAYG and Business Activity Statements
- Loading LiveStock into both Xero and FoodChain Inventory System
- Preparation of Payroll
- Promptly informs the Accounts Manager of any issues with accounts
- Perform administrative tasks for Office Manager and Director
- Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture;
- Upholds and promotes the firm s values;
- Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards;
Requirements
The role s minimum skills include:
- At least 3 years experience in Bookkeeping or accounting
- Basic Skills with XERO or equivalent
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Skills or Qualifications:
- Accounting degree
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification
- Wellhoned bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry
