Tasks

• Coordinate and manage facilities projects liaising with internal teams and external contractors for all construction maintenance and technical support across departments.
• Drive company growth and operational efficiency by aligning crossfunctional teams with business goals managing and developing partnerships and facilitating transitions from pilot to fullscale production including the design.
• Ensure safety and compliance in projects from facilitating governmental approvals to establishing postconstruction maintenance plans and vendor standards.
• Translate customer requirements into operational setups and oversee daily activities while also developing project scopes budgets and RFPs in collaboration with Finance. Manage contracts schedules and project status tracking.

Requirements

• You have an academic degree in Engineering or related fields
• You have 3 years of work experience in a similar role with a clear track record in process development & innovation and project management
• You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and ambiguous startup environment
• You have a handson personality teamplayspirit and efficient selftime management
• Open to travel (up to 50% depending on the period)
• You are passionate about sustainability and eager of being part of a fastgrowing startup
• Understanding engineering in food production environments
• Fluent in English German and/or Portuguese is a plus
