The primary focus of this role is to assist in the implementation and maintenance of our
Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software.
Support the HR team in data entry data validation and data maintenance within the HRMS.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee information in the system.
Address queries and concerns related to system usage.
Create and maintain documentation for HRMS processes procedures and guidelines.
Generate reports as required and assist in analysing HR data.
