Job Description: Treasury Operations in Debt Market

Position: Associate

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in treasury operations specifically within the debt market. This role requires a deep understanding of debt instruments market operations and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Instrument Management:
   

• Monitor and manage the portfolio of debt instruments including bonds debentures and other fixedincome securities.
  

• Ensure accurate and timely settlement of debt transactions.
  

1. Cash Flow Management:
   

• Manage daily cash flow operations ensuring optimal liquidity levels.
  

• Forecast cash requirements and perform cash flow analysis.
  

1. Risk Management:
   

• Identify assess and mitigate financial risks related to debt instruments.
  

• Monitor market conditions and recommend risk management strategies.
  

1. Reporting and Documentation:
   

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on debt portfolio performance and cash flow status.
  

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

1. Stakeholder Communication:
   

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including banks financial institutions and auditors.
  

• Provide timely updates and reports to senior management.
  

1. System Management:
   

• Utilize treasury management systems and tools for efficient operation.
  

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the systems.
  

1. Compliance and Audit:
   

• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements.
  

• Assist in internal and external audits related to treasury operations.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. MBA or professional certification
  

• 2 to 6 years of experience in treasury operations with a focus on the debt market.
  

• Strong understanding of debt instruments market operations and treasury management.
  

• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
  

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  

• Proficiency in English /Tamil/Hindi
