Key Responsibilities
- Respond to RFP RFQ and RFI in a timely manner by working with Solution architects Development teams and other functional teams as needed
- Assist in ensuring proposal submissions are as per RFP guidelines
- Work with the Dev team if required to create POCs and demo videos for proposals
- Understand the industry domain and conduct competitive analysis for creating proposals
- Assist in developing & creating case studies and other salesrelated documents
- Preferred having experience with CRM (Zoho Odoo Other CRM)/Banking/Insurance/Finance Software Sales
- Manage accounts and opportunities in the CRM system
- Coordinate and work to achieve Advanced Specializations
- Learn and stay uptodate with industry advances
RequirementsRequirements
- years of presales experience with IT/SaaS products such as CRM/ERP/Banking/Insurance Software
- A passion for working with technology and an ability to break down requirements to propose solutions
- Teamplayer Able to work in a diverse multicultural team in a collaborative way
- Empathy and strong clientfacing skills with excellent communication
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in programming is an added advantage
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science 2 to 5 years of experience in implementing Zoho Applications Strong written and verbal communication skills
