Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying  potential clients
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions
- Engage with decisionmakers and key stakeholders including Clevel executives through various channels such as cold calling email outreach social media and networking events
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features benefits and value proposition of our software solutions
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients specific requirements
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends product developments and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions
- Attend sales meetings conferences and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest market trends
Qualifications
Bachelors/Master s degree from a top college/university
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs and overcome objections
Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to thrive in a targetdriven sales environment
Passionate about technology and eager to learn about software solutions and their applications
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office or similar productivity tools
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (internships parttime jobs or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not mandatory
