What you will be doing

In this role you are part of our Product team of professionals such as Frontend &#x Backend Developers UX &#x UI Specialists and Product Managers You work % on missioncritical projects from the first day on The role requirements will be split into two phases

1. Phase Onboarding &#x sherpany(dot)com rebranding overhaul

While you will begin onboarding to our way of working and learning about the architecture and complexity of our Sherpany product your first assignment ( months) will be a complete overhaul of the sherpanys website following an ambitious company rebranding exercise The requirements are to transform the design mockups and wireframes into highquality responsive and performant user interfaces using HTML CSS JavaScript

1. Phase Mastering Sherpany product development

You would join our Flow Squad (Growth Squad) responsible for making our users discover new features in the product create opportunities for upselling and plan upgrades You will leverage your expertise in developing the front end of our product while contributing to research and technological challenges beyond the scope of your immediate tasks

• Mentoring and supporting chapter members helping them develop their skills and knowledge within the frontend domain
• Defining coding standards researching and staying up to date with technological trends improving frameworks performance and stability
• Ensuring that the team produces reliable and efficient frontend solutions you will help drive the quality of the Sherpany product
• Dont worry we still want you to code at least % of your time and we wont burden you with people or project management responsibilities

• Deep understanding of React (hooks) and TypeScript for type checking
• Experience in designing and maintaining complex/large user interfaces
• Solid understanding of responsive design crossbrowser compatibility and web accessibility
• Can adapt to different stacks Vuejs and Nextjs knowledge is a bonus
