Main responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data market trends and other relevant factors
• Inventory Management Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs
• Supply Planning Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and products Address any supply chain disruptions
• Collaboration Work closely with various departments including procurement product and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products through the supply chain
• Data Analysis Analyze data related to inventory levels demand patterns and supplier performance to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Risk Management Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Continuous Improvement Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain
• Communication Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and understanding of supply chain plans

Requirements

• Education A bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business or a related field
• Experience Previous experience in supply chain planning inventory management or related roles
• Analytical Skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data analysis and decisionmaking
• Communication Skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners
• Software Proficiency Familiarity with supply chain planning software ERP systems (Priority is an advantage) and other relevant tools
• Advanced Knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• ProblemSolving Ability to identify issues troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions
• Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Writing and verbal communication in English
