Job Description

• 1015 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
• Strong professional experience in Financial Services industry with good proficiency in Investment Products and Private Banking
• Extensive experience of working in Wealth Management and Asset Management
• Understanding and working experience in Front and Back Office teams of Wealth Management Portfolio Management and Accounting. Examples include financial planning asset valuation book keeping ledger accounting etc.
• Knowledge about creation and functioning of Trusts and Estates alongwith considerations about tax
• Exposure to platforms such as OneSource Net X 360 SEI suite of products will be a big plus
• Strong Analytical Skills & problemsolving skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent planning organizational and time management skills
• Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and mitigate risks.
• Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities like creating BRD FRD writing use cases process flows and other deliverables. Should also have experience in managing E2E implementation (Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong Communication (written & verbal) and excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
