Job Description
Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives Our products never get a second chance We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as anIndustrial Engineer Inflators Division
Job responsibilities
- Participates in the concept development of the new production lines and new infrastructure equipment highpressure infrastructure
- Participates in the launch or transfer of production lines
- Contribute to the respect of product quality and safety regulation regarding HighPressure infrastructure
- Participates in continuous improvement on the line
- Redaction of the lines specifications in adequation with the Autoliv manufacturing process specifications and Autoliv standards
- Take part in the creation of the PFMEA
- Monitoring suppliers activity for achieving the quality and deadlines
- Take part in the line validation before the start of production
- Creation of line documentation
- Support production department on line rump up by training the operators line leaders and technicians
Experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and automated processes
- Knowledge of highpressure gas systems
- Knowledge of electricity
- Knowledge of process performance analysis
- Experience in process engineering on automated lines can be an advantage
Personal skills
- Working knowledge of English
- Teamoriented
- Good autonomy
