Your Role as a Process Control Engineer
As a Process Control Engineer youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our materials and manufacturing processes align with precise design performance and efficiency standards. Your contributions will shape the quality and innovation that Axionova delivers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Optimization:
Design develop and refine control systems to optimize manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency safety and quality.
Evaluate existing systems and implement process improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Monitor production processes and make datadriven adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with management and multidisciplinary teams including engineers and technicians to develop and enhance products and systems.
Provide technical expertise during the research design and implementation phases of new projects.
Foster innovation by staying updated on advancements in process control technologies and applying them to projects.
Testing & Analysis:
Oversee the testing and validation of new processing techniques to ensure compliance with design and performance requirements.
Analyze material behavior and evaluate how materials age under various conditions to ensure durability and reliability.
Generate detailed reports and proposals presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Leadership & Oversight:
Supervise and guide technicians scientists and junior engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Develop budgets manage timelines and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Materials Science Chemical Mechanical or related discipline).
Proven experience in process control engineering or a related field.
Technical Competencies:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to evaluate complex systems and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in process simulation tools control system software and data analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of materials engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Core Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Certifications:
Professional certifications in process control Six Sigma or related fields are an advantage.
