JOB DETAILS:
Position: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Lisbon or Oporto (Hybrid)
Experience Level: Senior (5 years)
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a ServiceNow Engineer you will:
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Implement new features enhance platform functionality and maintain existing configurations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure high platform performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Apply best practices in development governance and system administration to enhance platform stability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow development customization and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web technologies (HTML CSS).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including module configuration and scripting.
- Handson experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon or Oporto).
