Job Description
Assure maximum satisfaction from the clients side by solving any issue that appears on his side. Reports to service/support manager with any update. General Duties/Key Responsibilities: Implement the software release, configuring and tuning the software in the
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
- - Deploy, configuring and tuning the software in the customer environment.
- - Test the system and make sure that every part of the system functions properly.
- - Understand the client infrastructure.
- - oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently.
- - Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals ,Delegate tasks and set deadlines ,oversee day-to-day operation and Monitor team performance and report on metrics .
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Fix the issues which happen during the implementation.
- - Train users and provide support to the customer during acceptance testing.
- - Ensure the delivery of the requirements to clients.
- - Foresee the deployment of products onto client environment and successful delivery.
- - Provide support with arising issues on the client platform.
- - Answer any question regarding the business or the solution.
- - Ensure that the system is live and working correctly with no downtime.
Requirements

1-1: Educational:
- Bachelor of computer and information
- 5+ years
3-1: skills:
Self-confidence
- Hands on experience on kubernetes and docker
- Experience in handling different operating system (Windows, Linux)
- Experience in handling different application servers ( WebSphere, tomcat)
- database and SQL (Oracle and MSSQL)
- testing, SSL security, and certificate management reading logs
- incident troubleshooting and problem solving skills
