Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Develop and implement a sales strategy for gift hampers that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives
  2. Team Management Recruit train and manage a team of sales representatives or associates responsible for selling gift hampers
  3. Market Research Conduct market research to identify customer preferences trends and competitors in the gift hampers industry
  4. Product Knowledge Maintain indepth knowledge of the companys gift hamper products and offerings
  5. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers partners and suppliers
  6. Sales Forecasting Create sales forecasts and set sales targets for the team
  7. Budget Management Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  8. Sales Reporting Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field A masters degree in a relevant field can be an asset
  • to years of prior experience
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives
  • Indepth knowledge of gift hampers including their features benefits and market positioning especially in the food industry
  • Familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
  • Proven ability to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software for tracking leads opportunities and sales performance
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial resources for sales campaigns and department expenses
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts clients and partners


a. Bachelor s in Marketing, business or equivalent b. 4+ Years of Sales and merchandizing experience c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills d. Solid management of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management. e. Familiarity with analytical, productivity and reporting tools such as MS Office, CRM, Linkedin, PBI etc., f. Fluency in English is required
