The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of surveying functions from preparing and issuing tenders to cost tracking contract administration and payment management
RequirementsIdeally you will have a minimum of two to three years experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the construction industry You will have a thorough understanding of project control systems construction contracts and effective cost planning
You should also be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing with the ability to build relationships with clients subcontractors and colleagues
You will be based both in the office and on site
