MEFITPRO is looking to hire a Club Manager for a Wellness Club (Gym Spa & Pool) based out of Bahrain

Key roles & responsibilities

Drive sales & revenue growth with operational excellence

Responsible for the daytoday operations of the gym spa & the swimming pool 

Look into the basic business/financial aspects  Budgets / Cost Control / P&L Management of the club

Develop / make changes in SOPs policies processes & procedures

Team/People management recruit train develop and mentor the team

Other Training Reports KPIs Customer Service Standards Revenue Generation

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum years of experience working at a managerial level within a commercial fitness setup or Recreational Club

Excellent communication and people management skills

Computer saavy MS Office other gym softwares
