Role: Jira SME (Subject Matter Expert)

SME JIRA management/administration
1. with export knowledge of the JSM (Jira Service Management)
2. expert in workflows creation, administration and management
3. expert knowledge of projects, workflow, automation export and migrations
4. expert in installing and updating addons and JIRA app updates
5. expert in creation and installing SSL or TLS certificates on window servers
A qualified resource will have experience:
- - Manage and administer Data Center JIRA service desk
- - Monitoring their own project
- - Gathering business requirements and translating them to workflows
- - Mapping business requirements to JIRA configuration.
- - Provide training for business users and JIRA agents
- - Monitoring the PROD JIRA system for the best performance
- - Merging, update disparate JIRA systems and modules
- - Documenting a JIRA system and associated business rules
- - Knowledge with Insight, Insight Discovery
- - Integrating with JIRA modules such as Insight, Insight Discovery
- - Knowledge with JIRA functionality such as dynamic forms, automation, notification, permissions, Issue security
- - Strong knowledge of JIRA scripting language
- - Knowledge with Jira tools Jira Misc Workflow Extensions(JMWE app), JQL, ScriptRunner, Groovy Scripting
- - Ability to determine Report, Dashboards, and Gadgets configuration for appropriate projects
- - Ability to determine the appropriate method to create/configure project workflows to meet gathered business needs
- - Possess strong organizational skills and formal ability to address projects and timelines.
