Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Water/Wastewater Project Manager to their Louisville team!
Responsibilities:
- Project management responsibilities including design, survey, environmental assessment, field services, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling/analysis
- Projects include bridges, large culverts, stream restoration, water distribution, sewer collection, water/wastewater treatment, pump stations, and stormwater projects
- Provide technical oversight (manage data research compilation process, analyze/correlate scientific and engineering data) to find discrepancies and identify solutions
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Administrative duties including developing/tracking workflow tasks, scheduling, review quality assurance standards and ensuring project documentation is consistent with project plans and within scope/budget
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- 6+ years of experience with aging/complex infrastructure projects
- Experience working on water, storm water, wastewater pipeline and/or treatment systems
- Extensive experience with projects involving stormwater/water/wastewater infrastructure assessment, land planning, sustainability, design and implementation
- Extensive experience developing/overseeing project scope, schedule, and fees for new and existing clients
- Knowledge of asset management and pipeline design hydraulics, inspection, condition assessment, and proper repair/rehabilitation design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
