esponsibilities: T

• o identify & impart trainings to employees; ensure personnel awareness of the HSE Plan and standards. D
• evelop and maintain a communication system amongst the site to share HSE knowledge and lesson learnt T
• o arrange various HSE meetings, including monthly HSE meeting to ensure sufficient and effective interchange of information on HSE. E
• ffective coordination with Construction Management Team or other contractors to ensure HSE work practices; develop procedures and Construction HSE Manual to achieve safe execution. C
• onduct HSE orientation of new employees to inform them about HSE systems / procedures & their HSE responsibilities. P
• articipate in and reviewing of Investigation of incidents, prepare reports & recommend measures to the management/ line organization to prevent recurrence. T
• o participate in HSE audits and inspection of facilities/ all work places and identify the hazards; develop Job Hazard Analysis and risk assessments to ensure safe work practices. P
• rovision of expertise on all aspects of HSE Management and Emergency response plans; ensure that written instructions are maintained, up to date and complete. P
• repare the monthly HSE committee meetings, reports, alerts, messages as per the direction of the Project HSE manager. P
• lan, facilitate, record, track and Coordinate with all parties the HSE workshops and trainings.

ualifications: S

• hould be qualified Engineer BSc or Equivalent with minimum of 5 years experience in HSE preferably with Experience in training works in similar Projects out of a minimum of 5 years overall experience. H
• e should be aware of all ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS18001 series requirements S
• trong observational skills that help evaluate the effectiveness of the HSE measures P
• roficient at establishing articulate communication and drafting reports A
• bility to find feasible solution to improve the HSE standards of operations U
