Job Description

Are you an experienced Civils Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?

At Prime Workforce Solutions, we are dedicated to connecting talented professionals with the best opportunities in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a tier 1 civil engineering team and take on a range of duties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying duties for various civil engineering projects. This will include cost planning, measurement, valuation, contract administration, and final accounts.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within the civil engineering sector. You should also hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to 60,000 DOE, as well as the opportunity to progress within a well-established and respected organisation. This is a great chance to join an ambitious team and work on exciting projects.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering quantity surveying.

Excellent knowledge of civil engineering contracts.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost estimating software
