This is a remote position
- Accurately enters all transactions daily/weekly/monthly into accounting system
- Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered 
- Reconciliation of job management system
- Performs bank reconciliations for all bank accounts 
- Preparation of payroll for multiple entities
- Preparation of monthly or Quarterly PAYG or Business Activity Statements including fully reconciled Trial balance work papers 
- Prepares Annual Employee Payment Summaries 
- Preparation of quarterly superannuation returns for all entities as required 
- Preparation of reports to support the Director in business sustainability and growth
- Promptly informs the Director of any issues with accounts
- Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture
- Upholds and promotes the firm s values 
- Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards
Requirements - At least years experience in Bookkeeping or accounting
- Xero and Xero Payroll Certifications
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
Desired Skills or Qualifications
- Accounting degree
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification 
- Well honed bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills
- Requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in handling complex financial tasks
