We are looking for English speaking Talents from the United States to work with us on a Premium Contact Center project within the US market
- You are the second line of technical contact for members and must make each contact exceptional
- Represent our clients services in a professional membercentric manner
- Provide timely response to members requests
- Gather information to determine issue and follow appropriate course of action
- Manage the relationship for inbound member calls
- Respond and interact with members during challenging times
- Document within and navigate multiple internal computer systems while providing exceptional quality
- Demonstrate empathy actively listen and effectively communicate with members
- Document key information clearly and concisely on customer account and our clients software system regarding information provided received or action taken
- Comply with all applicable compliance regulations (ie HIPAA) organizational policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for improved member experience and provide feedback with member service improvement recommendations
Requirements We are looking for you in case you have

Contact Center Technical support (Inbound/Outbound) or other Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Experience in Call Centers (yrs)

Flexible availability (min hr/week)

Strong user level of Computing Skills having experience in giving more technical support

Plus 2-4 years related experience working in a call center/customer contact environment. Stronger software application skills required. Must have proven technical and troubleshooting ability. Ability to react in a fast, effective and calm manner under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in your mother tongue language, Korean. Ability to exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality. Strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others. Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Active LPN license required (Active RN license preferred). Previous experience with dialysis therapy patients is a plus.
