Job Description
Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Healthcare)
Location: Remote
Hire Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure TSA obligations are met.
- Collaborate with buyers IT team to ensure separation roadmap is planned and executed.
- Track TSA Services and schedule to ensure timely exit by buyer.
- Escalate issue/risks to PMO Lead.
- Report status to PMO on Weekly basis.
- Provide TSA billing support to Finance lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance. HR. Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years IT program/project management experience.
- 3+ experience managing integration/separation of M&A Deals including TSA Exit.
- 5+ experience with IT infrastructures and applications management.
- Bachelors or master's degree required.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience working and supporting multiple mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.
- PMP. Six Sigma. CSM or comparable certification preferred.
- Strong experience using O365 tools including Teams and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet preferred.
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) will be plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
