At The MGN Foundation we re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative eager to drive community engagement and expand our donor base through local events Be a crucial part of our ambitious goals for the coming year by joining our team as we strive to make a significant impact in our community
Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling educational presentations to raise awareness and garner support for our charity partners core mission within the community
- Actively plan and participate in local events to champion our partners cause and build lasting relationships with community members
- Provide assistance to donors throughout the registration process ensuring ongoing communication and support regarding program initiatives and milestones
- Benefit from continuous training coaching and personalized mentorship through regular meetings and networking sessions
- Passionate about philanthropy charitable causes and community impact
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills showcasing emotional intelligence and empathy
- Positive competitive and receptive to coaching
- Confident articulate and genuine with strong public speaking abilities
- Demonstrated work ethic and selfmotivation
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
