Summary/Objective Hawks & Companys commercial Service Coordinators are responsible for professionally receiving incoming service calls dispatching service technicians for these calls and supporting Hawks & Companys customers Service Coordinators also schedule dispatch and order materials for Hawks & Companys preventive maintenance customers
Hawks & Companys Service Coordinators also prepare invoice proofs for all time and material work orders and present them for review and processing In this role you will develop longterm relationships with our customers our technicians and our employees
Responsibilities
Working closely with our other Service Coordinators you will receive incoming calls from our customers and accurately generate work orders in our operations software for these requests You will then schedule that work with our technicians based on the urgency of the request and the availability of our team You will also receive calls from our technicians for various reasons and process that information accordingly
On a regular basis you will generate invoice proofs based on completed time and material work orders This will include verifying all information is correct and accurate and consolidating the technician comments into a brief summary Upon approval of the proof you will process the invoice and have it delivered either through the mail or electronically
Other Responsibilities
- Take immediate action to resolve any client issues
- Daily debrief & close out of calls
- Anticipate and mitigate conflicts before it effects the clients experience
- Call clients to confirm all appointments and schedule as necessary
- Ensure the accurate capture data entry and maintenance of client information

Requirements- Customer service experience
- Experience with appointment scheduling
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Basic geographic knowledge of the NJ and PA area
