LEAD JAVA DEVELOPER
LONG-TERM REMOTE CONTRACT FOR HANDS-ON
(18+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
USC and GC
WE NEED ONE MORE VERY, VERY SENIOR LEAD JAVA DEVELOPER WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR A REMOTE CONTRACT
We are currently looking for a "Rock Star hands-on Lead Java Developer" with 18+ years of experience and impeccable communication skills for a Remote Contract role.
IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!!
HANDS-ON JAVA DEVELOPER!
EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSORVICES AND SPRING BOOT IS A MUST!!!
2 MS Teams interviews
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily activities, coach, and mentor a team of software developers working with recent technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize Enterprise Java Applications development needs.
- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality results and that standards are being met.
- Provide management-level communications regarding project and team performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!!!
- 18+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Bachelor's degree. Computer Science or Software Engineering majors are strongly preferred.
- Proficient in design patterns and strong experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring framework using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Security and MVC.
- Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST Web Services and working in a MICRO-SERVICES ENVIRONMENT.
- Strong Front End developer skills using Java technologies and Angular.
