The Cardiac Cath/EP Lab at Blake Medical Center is dedicated to the study, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. In 1989, our Heart Institute performed its first heart catheterization. Today, in three state-of-the-art labs and one electrophysiology lab, we perform over 3,000 diagnostic and interventional procedures and over 30,000 noninvasive procedures each year.

Qualifications

Additional Info: Shifts: 2 DAY shifts 8 hour shiftsMust have 1 year Cath Lab experience, international radiology experience, surgical experience, critical care experience or cardiac experience. Typically a nurse hast to have at least one of these to move into a cardiac procedure areaOn call is required! Call requirement is every 3rd weekend and 1-2 nights per week (must live within 30mins)3 labs and 1 EP labPerform over 3,000 diagnostic and interventional procedures and over 30,000 noninvasive procedures each year Salary range: $27.91 (MIN)- $34.66 (MID 10 year) - 41 (max- 17 year) depending on experience On call Rate: $3.50Weekends: $2National cert: $2 Sign On: case by caseRELO: 5K if over 500 miles and 2,500 for 100-500 milesFee: 13k
