Regularly review with the staff to pinpoint broken process areas and identify solutions for reducing stock errors, reviewing existing SOP on stock management, recommending enhancement/best practices to the business to have effective control and accurate accounting of the company inventory.

Analyze perpetual stock count results across all system locations/ business areas, re-sort the inventory report to look for unusual information, identify and report inventory inaccuracies - for example, improper counting, data entry errors, damage or disorganization, summaries and finalize all discrepancies in Navision system, translate what these inaccuracies mean in terms of lost profit, investigate unusual results, submit the variance report for management approval as per delegation of authority, delegate necessary task related to system update to subordinates to ensure system accuracy.

Manage the damaged stock listing by validating items that can be claimed from insurance and submitting the remaining damaged items for write-off with the memo approval as per delegation of authority.
