As our Controller you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with our companys growth objectives

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
  
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  
• Manage the companys budget and forecasting process
  
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
  
• Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  
• Supervise and train a team of accountants
  
• Stay uptodate on changes in accounting standards and regulations
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• years of experience in financial management including years in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
