Job Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to play a crucial role in helping shape our customers vast technology landscape. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring technology systems and processes align with business goals, and facilitating the overall growth and efficiency of our customers. This is a senior position that requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior industry leads to define and align technology strategies and opportunities with customer business objectives.
Assess current technology systems and identify areas for improvement, modernization, or optimization.
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that guides the design and implementation of IT solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design and documentation of complex systems and solutions.
Define and maintain architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, promoting innovation and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and
innovations.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior-level IT architecture role.
Proficiency in cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices, integration strategies, and legacy platforms.
Proficiency in enterprise data management topics, data architecture.
Familiarity with key architectural domains and modernization strategies for applications, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and business architectures.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure, GCP etc.) are a plus.
A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
Undergraduate or Masters degree in relevant fields.
