Business Development Manager for IT
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Commission Structure: Commission negotiable
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience of building relationships and establishing contracts with companies in need of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to leverage relationships to acquire clients

They are looking to expand their already established IT staffing division with an experienced BDM to continuously grow market presence.
About the Role
You will be responsible for bringing in IT/Tech clients and working with the recruiters to fill jobs that are active and hiring.
Responsibilities
- Bring in IT clients that are ready to hire IT professionals
- Build relationships with clients to increase agency preference
- Identify potential clients and pursue to establish agreements
- Communicate with the recruiters to ensure smooth delivery of candidates
- Identify and adjust to changes in the IT staffing industry
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years experience of building relationships and establishing contracts with companies in need of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the ability to leverage relationships to acquire clients
