IT Support Technician / Safety Coordinator

Paul Obaugh Ford is looking for a person of integrity with a whatever-it-takes mindset to perform the following:

• Oversee the purchase, installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, phone systems, email and networks for over 50 workstations
  
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components to all vendors
  
• Manage on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devices
  
• Assist all users with software platforms including Microsoft 365, Outlook (email), VinSolutions, Dealertrack and other various applications.
  
• Manage compliance with OSHA, VOSH, EPA, DEQ in all departments
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of hardware installation/repair and software configurations.
  
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and the Office Suite
  
• Detail oriented with IT skills to perform basic troubleshooting
  
• Must be self-motivated and use time wisely
  
• Must have a positive attitude/Able to work well independently as well as in a team setting
  
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

• Associate s Degree in Information Systems or similar field
  
• Previous PC technician experience.
  
• A criminal background check will be completed on the person selected for this position.
