Luminous Pathways is looking for individuals who have a desire to be a good role model and help individuals with intellectual disabilities through todays society. Luminous Pathways provides services to those from age 5 to 100

We are currently looking for Behavior Technicians who are pionate about changing the lives of those who are dealing with excessive behaviors and deficits in ss.

As a Behavior Technician or a Registered Behavior Technician you will provide onetoone behaviorally based treatment to individuals living with autism and developmental delays in their homes.

You will be supplied with a structured researchbased curriculum to guide your therapy session with each child.

You will complete our hands on training under the mentorship of experienced BCBAs who provide realtime feedback and guide you toward becoming the most effective Behavior Technician you can be.
