Job Description:
Review/monitor AR to ensure payments are up to date.
Verify and process vendor invoices into the A/P System.
Assist employees and customers by answering questions related to accounts.
Contact customers to expedite payment on past due and/or credit hold accounts.
Setup new customers accounts.
Maintain customer/vendor files.
Reviews past due customer accounts and advise management to submit to outside collection agency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 Years Accounting Experience required
- Strong Excel background!!
- Experience in both AR/AP is preferred
